Hi, I'm interested in putting together an M1 scanner and supporting the project, but I only have a M1 Max 24-core GPU Macbook. The GPU is pretty okay, but maybe not at 1080ti levels, although I know it can handle some light gaming, even through a Windows VM. Has anyone tried this kind of setup yet?

Hi Gabe, Thanks for checking out the project. I dont think the M1 Max would fare well sorry. A dedicated mid tier graphics card really is required at this stage for an enjoyable expierence. I dont have any expierence with Mac VMs but unless they can have direct access to hardware performance will take a significant hit.
